The Central Bank of Iceland’s annual meeting will be held on Thursday 9 April at 16:00 hrs. and will be transmitted live here below. Bolli Héðinsson, Chair of the Bank's Supervisory Board, Kristrún Frostadóttir, Prime Minister, and Ásgeir Jónsson, Governor of the Central Bank, will deliver speeches.
In accordance with the Monetary Policy Committee Rules of Procedure, the minutes of the Committee's most recent meeting have been published on the Bank's website. The minutes are published two weeks after the announcement of the Committee‘s decision.
The Central Bank of Iceland has published the working paper "What sets the trend? The evolution and drivers of Icelandic trend inflation" by Bjarni G. Einarsson, economist in the department of Economics and Monetary Policy, and Thórarinn G. Pétursson, deputy governor for monetary policy.
