Assets of pension funds amounted to 8,878.1 b.kr. at the end of December and increased by 21.6 b.kr. between months. Thereof, assets of mandatory divisions amounted to 7,855.1 b.kr. and voluntary divisions to 1,023.1 b.kr.
Domestic assets of pension funds amounted to 5,196.9 b.kr. and increased by 50.5 b.kr. between months. Domestic marketable securities amounted to 2,786.0 b.kr. and decreased by 4.9 b.kr., and domestic equities and investment fund shares amounted to 1,125.0 b.kr. and increased by 48.9 b.kr. Domestic loans amounted to 803.2 b.kr. and increased by 2.9 b.kr.
Foreign assets of pension funds amounted to 3,681.2 b.kr. at the end of December and decreased by 28.9 b.kr. between months. Foreign equities and investment fund shares amounted to 3,594.2 b.kr. and decreased by 24.1 b.kr., and deposits in foreign deposit-taking corporations decreased by 568 m.kr. and amounted to 10.1 b.kr.
Net assets of pension funds amounted to 8,862.7 b.kr. at the end of December.
