Assets of pension funds amounted to 7,898.2 b.kr. at the end of August, having increased by 112.5 b.kr. between months. Thereof assets of mandatory divisions amounted to 7,021.9 b.kr. and voluntary divisions to 876.3 b.kr.
Domestic assets of pension funds amounted to 4,737.9 b.kr. and increased by 34.7 b.kr. between months. Domestic marketable securities amounted to 2,604.1 b.kr. and increased by 26.9 b.kr. and domestic equities and investment fund shares amounted to 1,058.3 b.kr. and increased by 19.6 b.kr. Domestic loans amounted to 668.5 b.kr. and increased by 2.1 b.kr.
Foreign assets of pension funds amounted to 3,160.2 b.kr. at the end of August and increased by 77.8 b.kr. between months. Thereof equities and investment fund shares amounted to 3,084.6 b.kr. and increased by 74.9 b.kr., deposits in foreign deposit taking corporations decreased by 1.5 b.kr. and amounted to 5 b.kr.
Net assets of pension funds amounted to 7,885.4 b.kr. at the end of August.
