The total assets of DMBs amounted to 6,263 b.kr at the end of January, having increased by 97.4 b.kr. during the month. Domestic assets amounted to 5,574.8 b.kr. and increased by 65.2 b.kr. Foreign assets amounted to 688.3 b.kr. and increased by 32.2 b.kr. Domestic liabilities amounted to 4,236.6 b.kr. and increased by 77.9 b.kr. in January. Foreign liabilities amounted to 1,160.3 b.kr. and increased by 6.3 b.kr. Equity of DMBs amounted to 866.2 b.kr. at the end of January, having increased by 13.3 b.kr. during the month.
New credit less prepayments amounted to 58.0 b.kr. in January, thereof indexed loans amounted to -45 m.kr., unindexed 38.3 b.kr., foreign currency linked 15.9 b.kr. and leasing contracts 3.9 b.kr.
New household credit less prepayments amounted to 7.7 b.kr. in January, thereof residential mortgage loans amounted to 4.1 b.kr., which was 2.2 b.kr. higher than in December.
