The total assets of DMBs amounted to 5,959.6 b.kr. at the end of April having increased by 5.3 b.kr. during the month. Domestic assets amounted to 5,319.8 b.kr. and increased by 17.7 b.kr. Foreign assets amounted to 639.8 b.kr. and decreased by 12.4 b.kr. Domestic liabilities amounted to 4,113.1 b.kr. and decreased by 20.1 b.kr. in April. Foreign liabilities amounted to 1,047.2 b.kr. and increased by 21.1 b.kr. Equity of DMBs amounted to 799.3 b.kr. at the end of April, having increased by 4.2 b.kr. during the month.

New credit less prepayments amounted to 58.3 b.kr. in April, thereof indexed loans amounted to -1.2 b.kr., unindexed 34.8 b.kr., foreign currency linked 21.9 b.kr. and leasing contracts 2.8 b.kr.

New household credit less prepayments amounted to 3.4 b.kr. in April, thereof residential mortgage loans amounted to 437 m.kr., which was 858 m.kr. lower than in March.
