Governor Már Guðmundsson gave a keynote address at the Government Borrowers Forum 2019 which is organised by the World Bank and the Ministry of Finance and Economic Affairs in Harpa, Reykjavík on 3-5 June. Conference attendees were 80-90 from all around the world.
