The next interest rate decision date of the Central Bank of Iceland is Thursday, April 10, 2008. The Monetary Bulletin of the Central Bank will be published that day, as well.

At 9 AM (9 GMT) the Central Bank will publish a short press release on the interest rate decision.

At 11 AM (11 GMT) there will be a press conference, in Icelandic. It will be broadcast on the Bank’s website. There, the Board of Governors will present its policy statement and the Chief Economist the inflation forecast contained in the Monetary Bulletin. An English translation of the transcript of the Q&A will be posted on the Bank's website.
