The Central Bank of Iceland held a weekly auction of repurchase agreements onDecember 27 of the maturity of 11 days.

The auction was a fixed rate one at 5.8 per cent p.a. Offers were made for atotal amount of 43.6 billion krónur resulting in repurchase contracts for thatamount.
