Statement of the Monetary Policy Committee and webcast today, 2 October 2024
A statement of the Monetary Policy Committee was be published on the Central Bank of Iceland website at 08:30 hrs. today, Wednesday 2 October 2024. At 09:30 a press conference on the statement will begin.
At the press conference Ásgeir Jónsson, Governor and Monetary Policy Committee chair, and Rannveig Sigurðardóttir, Deputy Governor for Monetary Policy and MPC vice-chair, will introduce and discuss the statement.
